xGameConsoleXNA XBox360 gamepad shortcuts
The xGameConsoleXNA also supports 360 gamepad input! Provided below is a list of things that you can do to control the console with the 360 gamepad.
- Press the left sholder button to move the cursor to the begining of the entry line
- Press the right sholder button to move the cursor to the end of the entry line
- Use the right thumb stick to scroll the console history
- Press the back button to hide the console
- Press the start button to execute the current entry line
- Press button B to perform a backspace
- Press and hold the Y button while tapping the B button to perform a delete
- Press Up or Down on the DPad to change the character
- Flutter the Left or Right triggers to change the character rapidly
- Press Left and Right on the DPad to position the insertion point
- Click the left thumb stick button to clear the entry line
- Press and hold the Y button while tapping up and down on the DPad to navigate the
command history
- Press and hold the Y button while tapping right on the DPad to insert spaces
