Empty living room (can be walled off with curtains for privacy if desired), shared bath, w/d laundry on same floor, partly furnished (microwave, 2 chairs (pictured), pots pans, dishes, twin inflatable bed and frame if needed).

Bycicle room, parking (not sure about cost), gym. Pet friendly building but prefer no furry children. Close to seawall. 2 bus stops 1 min walk from apt. From apt to safeway/whole foods only few min walk. 10 min walk to Scotiabank movie theatre or Vancouver city center/Granville sky train stations.

All utilities are included in the price. I pay 4 cable internet 150/15mbs & netflix after move in.

Bedroom is occupied by me as I need the space for bed and computer etc.

Looking for clean, quiet, non smoking, no drugs, preferably non drinker, no parties, trustworthy, reliable female with steady reliable income. Someone who understands and respects living together in limited spaces. Someone of similar mindset just looking to save money on rent. Prefer long term but will entertain short term (3 months). If compatible and works out may want to find a more accommodating apt together at end of lease Oct 2018. Hoping to find better place with novus 1gig internet and maybe a pool depending on budget.

Currently work 2 jobs and not around much, 6 days week 10am-1am, paying for a empty place just to sleep and relax what little time I have off. I'm very much introverted keep to myself, not a talker, prefer writing computer code over human interactions. Not a social butterfly type. Like swimming, mountain hiking, cycling /downhill, kayaking, skiing, camping /adventuring but have no time for it atm.
